About
We book twenty-minute consults instead of ten, because rushing a frightened animal makes everything take longer anyway. Cats have a separate waiting area, nervous dogs can wait in the car until we are ready, and we will happily do a no-treatment visit so a puppy learns the building is not scary.
“My cat has bitten every vet she has ever met. They let her stay in her carrier, did the exam on the floor, and she walked out calm. I nearly cried.”
Trish M. · Kelowna
“The dental estimate was $480 to $620 and the final bill was $505. Being told the range up front made a stressful thing manageable.”
Dmitri K. · West Kelowna
“They spotted early kidney values on a routine senior panel. Two years on she is still going because we caught it then.”

FAQ
A wellness exam is $85, vaccines from $45, spay or neuter from $390 and dentals from $480. Anything beyond a consult comes with a written estimate and a range before we proceed.
Difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, a bloated hard abdomen, straining to urinate, or suspected poisoning — go now, do not wait for an appointment. Tell the assistant and it will direct you.
A lot. Longer appointments, a separate cat area, waiting in your car until we are ready, and free no-treatment visits so an anxious animal can learn the building is safe.
We accept third-party financing and can often stage non-urgent work across visits. Tell us your budget and we will build a plan around it rather than pretending money is not a factor.
